Manuel A. Niebla currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of JustWell Health, where he oversees the day-to-day operational functions of the group and leads execution of the group’s strategies.
Prior to his current role, he founded SunSouth Health Centers LLC, a full-service medical and wellness facility under contract with a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), and served as its Director and Chief Operating Officer for three years until executing the majority sale of the business to a Tampa-based managed care company.
Prior to focusing on his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Niebla was an Investment Professional at Cisneros Corporation, an international, single-family office, where he led treasury and investment banking operations. As part of his responsibilities, he managed a broad range of investment initiatives within various asset classes, including public securities, real estate and private equity.
Mr. Niebla has a passion for public service. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Banyan Health System, a not-for-profit healthcare organization dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of the South Florida community through integrated primary and behavioral health care services. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the FIU Alumni Association, and as a member of the Economic Development Council of The City of Coral Gables. His interest in public service began in college when he served as a White House Intern and he continues to remain active in local politics today.
Mr. Niebla is a Graduate of Florida International University with a BBA in Finance and holds an MBA from The University of Notre Dame.
