As the Director of Ancillary Operations, Ricardo is responsible for meeting with all providers to discuss their performances and trajectories on a monthly basis. Ricardo also helped develop, implement and launch one of JustWell’s newest services for all patients, JustPT, in January of 2024. In addition, he oversees all in-house diagnostic services, which include x-ray’s, ultrasounds and our latest acquisition, a state-of-the-art CT scan.
Ricardo’s professional journey began when he graduated from Florida International University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business degree in Business Management and then furthered his education by earning a Master of Health Services Administration in 2019. When he is not working, Ricardo enjoys working out, going to the beach and movies and loves spending time with his family and friends.
