As Medical Director, Dr. Perez leads the quality assurance programs and clinical initiatives aimed at improving member clinical outcomes and quality of life.

A Graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Perez completed his residency in family practice at Southeastern Medical Center and has been practicing medicine in South Florida for over 30 years

Dr. Perez is the former Chairman of the Agency for Healthcare Administrations Florida Board of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Perez is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and in 1998 received a certification in Geriatric Medicine.

A Graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Dr. Rivero completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Florida-Health Science Center. Dr. Rivero has been practicing Internal Medicine in South Florida for over 25 years.

Dr. Rivero is Board Certified and a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also a member of the American College of Physicians and was recognized as an outstanding Clinical Instructor during his residency at the University of Florida.

As lead Billing Manager, Ms. Castro is responsible for the overall Commercial Fee-for-Service revenue. Ana oversees the review and processing for all monthly Commercial claims, payer payment reconciliations, and works on finding resolutions for claim denials across all practices.

Prior to joining JustWell Health, Ana worked at New York Urology Specialists for seven years as Practice Administrator and Out-of-Network Billing Specialist. During her tenure at NYUS, she helped restructure the overall performance of the practice through the implementation of policies to improve patient care, quality of services, and streamline commercial revenue cycle. She successfully spearheaded the appeals process for surgical claim denials against self-funded and fully funded plans regulated by the New York Department of Finance and the Department of Labor. Her comprehensive knowledge and 15 year overall experience in both in-network and out-network claims, has helped fortify the growth of JustWell Health as we continue to expand our billing and coding services across the industry.

A Graduate of University of Southern California School of Medicine, Dr. Girala completed his residency in Family Practice at USC-California Hospital Medical Center, as well as, Chief Resident. Dr. Girala has been practicing family medicine in South Florida for over 23 years.

Dr. Girala is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Physicians for Human Rights. Dr. Girala has also served as Chief of Staff at Mercy Hospital in South Florida.
